Here I have share my opinion about Sthira Evanthe. I was purchased the villa with Sthira Builders project. I visited that projects and enquired with the sales persons.
Sales executive explained the details of the project. That meeting was very nice experience for me. I discussed with my family and finally bought villa in Evanthe.
Main reason is strategically good location, amenities, quality and pricing. It’s within my budget that’s what I purchased the villa.
